I OD'd that time and he found me and could not wake me up and the time before I slashed my throat so they just felt they had to protect him which was the right thing to do...it sucked for me but they could not have my shit impacting him. He was five years younger than me so he was about 12 or 13...I am old now but he was about that age and they had to protect him.

I moved in with a boyfriends family and then rented a room that I found in the paper, there were lots of options. Looking back there were a lot more options when I was young compared to now. Are you worried about if she will have a place to stay?

Yes I am...she isn't working and one of the reasons I got this house was for her to have a place and not have to flop from house to house with a different guy everynight...she is VERY unstable atm...alot of pills and drinking...I'm so worried about her, my heart is breaking!

I'm going to court with her in about an hour for a possession charge, it's for weed and we have an attorney...I've been thru this before with my 18y/o son!! He is on probation and doing better living with his girlfriend and working! Maybe this will open up Sarahs eyes! I hope...she is different then my boy, she is ALOT like I was at that age, no one could tell me what to do and I made one mistake after another...I so want to spare her alot of what I went thru!

okay you sound like my Dad....but that is a good thing. He used to say the same thing about sparing me his mistakes....I said if I was going to really learn I had to see it for myself and I did...jail and then some.

We just got back and it was the wrong day her court date was infact the 22nd!!! My phone number has changed and I don't know if attorney tried to call so I've just called him and left a message...now I get to sit around here and wait for him to call back! I'm soooo frustrated!! I wish she would take some responsibilty for herself...She told me that I shouldn't have listened to her cause she was fucked up on xanax!! I told her that if she doesn't know her own court date then HOW is that my responsibilty?...I'm just so sick of worrying all of the time about her...like I don't have other things to worry about!

Yeah, I learned the hard way too...jail, fucked up relationships, rehab...the list goes on and on...I guess she will have to learn it for herself too!

Ta.. I shall admit I was not a good girl as a teenager

But because of thoughs mistakes and stuff its made me a better person

I've had to do allot of growing up and with my depression I've been doing it all by my self.

My parents dont understand depression

So being in my 20's and realizing that im not going to get better with out trying to I took the first steps applying for Disability starting therapy and groups and looking after my self better.

Being 23 now and realizing how far I've come I'm proud of my self and I would not of said this if i was still depressed.

I will admit I still have moment Of depression but not as intense or long lasting.

She has to want to get better or she wont its very sad I no how hard it must be for you.
