Right now I can't. I did for alot of months...I was motivated over a girl I liked (there's a very long-winded thread that I posted yesterday when I joined about this if you *really* wanna know...but I'll warn ya, it's like 30 paragraphs lol)
i actually lost 60 lbs and felt great physically and emotionally! It really *does* help! (I should take my own advice I know) But it really *did* make me feel waaay better
