Sleeping is the biggest one for me, and sometimes it's the only thing that makes me feel better. Also listening to Eric Whitacre, cuddling with my cat, reading kind things that people have said to me on facebook, reading inspiring stories on here, having a good day with my boyfriend, listening to a good singer in person (such soloists in my choir; it's so inspiring), being able to play something well on guitar or piano, working out when I am physically able to, reading inspiring things online.
