Just another flake.....but for a moment, a frozen goddess
As a single, frozen snowflake
you beheld my natural beauty
You praised my uniqueness
and made me feel special
I preserve this memory
for eternity
A moment in time
when you saw me for who I was
and you loved me for it
Before I knew it
we were covered
in a blanket of other snowflakes
All equally beautiful and special
Your heart so full of love
you found you could appreciate them all
and I find that I am not, 'the one'
but one, of many
As I blend into the background
of the white, bright light
As I melt aside the other flakes
I will remember those eyes
and think of that moment,
