Click "User CP" then scroll to "Settings and Options" and click "Edit Signature"

Not sure what the grassy arse stuff you said means

It's not there for me :(. I have other options of editing and customizing in the control panel but none include signature. Maybe later I'll search, need to work!

The other bit was Spanish for you, "thank you and a hug for you too". I have lived in the UK too previously, but not been to Europe for over ten years now.

Sorry I don't speak Spanish, I thought you were saying I had a grassy arse

Hahahahaha! Whether you have or not is not my problem

Anyhow, I found the link to where to change signatures, and the page says I don't have permission to have a signature. Guess I need more posts or a governmental complaint here...

I think maybe you need to have a certain number of posts before you can have a signature, not sure though. Maybe if you can PM you can ask one of the mods or post a thread in contact moderators and ask?

I'm taking the medications religiously, morning and night. Maybe not at the same times but taking them. Eating once a day, no alcohol (decided to stop completely for the meds). Sleep is terrible still, worse maybe because I'm sleeping in work.

I understand I need to give the meds time to begin to work, not like painkillers that take 30-60 minutes. Still don't understand why 2-4 weeks or whatever I read.

Everything has been tranquil with no serious lows despite the females in my life looking to make problems. All felt ok, we can cope and get to when we're supposed to be feeling better, until yesterday. Lost, empty, don't know what I'm doing half the time, last night I literally don't remember anything shortly after taking my pills.

Due to see doctor on 28th, might see if available to see me this evening instead.

You still working the long hours??

@andino=medications usually help..some of them take time to settle in at the beginning..
tranquilizers help...i do not take meds for depression..
I rarely get depressed..I can get confused,angry..but that's it.
i took a mild antidepressive when my Dad died, and when my wife died in 2018
in my opinion problems can be healed without medication..not easy..but possible...
I wish you good progress,Andino...

Thank you, appreciate the input and thoughts.

I do agree that problems can be healed without medications, but unfortunately not all problems are equal and not all persons. My first time with these is because I have struggled so long without any help, so what do I have to lose by trying?

I'm trying tot be positive about all, and it helps a lot to be on this site with people that understand more than I do
