Its like im not good enough to be her friend unless my car is good to drive.
My aunt had a mechanic do something similar to her car. Idk if I am describing this right, but the lid to her oil tank was left off and it virtually ruined her engine. She could never get proof, but she had to get a new car. It's a shame but you have to watch mechanics. I've gone to the dealership and even they didn't do the job to completion on my car. Don't beat yourself up over it. You're not the only one who has been there.

I would gladly take the shythead customers over having a transmission that wont allow me to go fast, forcing me to do deliveries as my car will allow them, making less money off of worse gas mileage because deliveries suck compared to driving passengers, financially anyway.
I also don't like those services because they do increase the likelihood of car accidents happening without protecting their contractors. When you do have a car issue on the road, it's natural to feel alone. You are by yourself doing the deliveries. It makes you feel more aware of your single existence. I can't tell you how many times I've had a car issues while working. I've also had breakdowns in random apts when I was lost at night. I've spoken to other people who feel exactly the same way. It almost felt like an occupation hazard with the job itself.

My trigger is purely financial, literally nothing i could legally do to fix the issue before my bank account goes even further into the red. the money i can make without the care pales in comparision to what i was making with it. If i offed myself right now it wouldnt even make sense to write a will, i havent made it yet.
Most, if not all, of my issues are caused from familial issues. My personal relationships have really hurt me badly, but some of my biggest problems all come from my issues with my family. That's a common one. Having a will is a good decision, but that doesn't mean you have to stop living after you write it. It's just a good thing to have. I always put my mom as the beneficiary. I have been doing that for awhile. Without a beneficiary, I believe the bank can cease your money in passing? I'm not sure about that. Listing a beneficiary or writing a will is just a reasonable idea. It doesn't mean you have to pass way once you write the will. No no.

its a shame how many cars ive went through, and i wonder how many honest mechanics or knowledgable mechanics I've actually had in my life that i didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for

I've done so much driving in my life and my city is fairly easy to drive in, plus my driving ability is really good and in case of an incident I have full coverage, I know I'm taking a risk but I feel like my life is more in danger working with regular lame people at a regular job with strangers that only like you for your work ability and not who you are as a man or a woman

Yes absolutely, that post couldve been written by me for the first part, and about the will i agree 100%, just because I write doesn't mean I'll die by my own or anyones hands, its something all people should consider at some point, I just figure, given my mindstate, my chances are higher of dying, so I need to think about it sooner that most people, its not something I'm going to work on immediately, but it will be written before the end of the year for sure, I need peace of mind for my mom, she is the one out of the two that id rather have the money

I felt the same and minimal people interaction with the job. Nobody gets that. That's the good part.
