i never have motivation to do anything because im so depressed nothing makes me happy enough to want to do anything.. im so weak to leave my partner yet its os obvious were so un happy i think were just too used to being together the thought of being apart feels wrong and scary..
i feel my depression come at night... its like when the sun goes down so does my happiness... dont know how to chnage it all..

maybe i should just end it all everything would be better then

You say that you're lack of motivation is a result of depression, but in my opinion, it is the exact opposite. You're depression most likely emerged from a lack of motivation. One small failure to accomplish a task probably led you to lose motivation in other, more important tasks, causing a series of mistakes, and eventually leading to depression. Although this seems silly, I think that the best way to recover from this is to become a "yes man". By forcing yourself to attempt every opportunity presented to you, instead of declining in self-discouragement, you will eventually regain joy in life.
