thanks pixy. I really feel awful, I can't make my mind shut up. Idk, it's really hard to explain, but I feel... disgusted with myself. It's like my brain doesn't want me to be happy.

It's not you, Dizzyman It is the illness. Please don't fight or blame yourself. If it was 'you', I wouldn't be here nor would the majority of the other members if you see what I mean? We're here because of it. Please find some comfort in that knowledge-that it isn't your fault.
