This is my first post, please forgive me if I'm in the wrong place.

Tomorrow, January 31, is the first anniversary of my suicide attempt. My whole family seems to be worried about me. I'm not really worried about the date, except that I was never really worried about suicide - and then did it out of the blue - so I guess I'm a little worried that I'm not worried.

Anyone else had trouble on their anniversary date?

well in my case my attemp was 4 months ago so really i havent even think about the aniversary. I think youre just worrying too much about that date. you should just dont think about that or in that day you should go outside and do something fun or clear your mind.

Try and stay in a good frame of mind, like no mood altering vices if you have any.

Positive music sounds good, along with spending the day with loved ones, if possible.

Thanks guys. As it turns out, I have a huge deadline for work tomorrow, and my twelve-year-old has a bad head cold, so he's home with me. He plans to watch the entire library of FireFly on Netflix.

Between too much work, good company, and fantastic Sci-Fi, I don't think I'll have time to worry about anything.
