That is a great idea, surfcaster. Maybe people who come here accidentally come across this post and find some help, that would be a good thing.
Restful sleep would make a huge difference for me. Waking up refreshed instead of exhausted, depressed and sometimes even nauseous... I can't even beginning telling how wonderful that would be. I have been dealing with this for a few years now: going to bed feeling exhausted, broken and lost... and waking up feeling even worse.
I am thinking about quitting coffee and chocolate to see if that helps.
