Default Addicted to Positive Thinking?

Do you all think it's possible to become addicted to positive self-talk? Does anyone know if it releases dopamine? Could it serve as a healthy addiction, replacing unhealthy addictions or helping one cope?

an addiction is always worthwhile considering if it creates a positive outcome within ourself==positive self talk is in my eyes the opposite of negative self talk and it becomes like an inner voice which influences our reactions towards stress, anxiety, anger etc...it definitely increases self esteem and learns us to see the good in ourself..good for battling stress and obtaining a better health,be it mental or bodily..i believe we cannot always be optimistic, life is an up/down going event, but in my opinion positive thinking is worthwhile considering and practising..whether it releases dopamine?i think yes...

so...a New year got started==usually i do not make New Years resolutions...lately i had some negative influx to deal with...i was invited to a New years party by some friends...everything went fine until after food..my friends(a couple who started a relationship earlier last year)were starting to argue about an issue probably a jealousy situation from her towards him and the discussion got so hefty that me and another friend present tried to help but finally kept our mouths shut because it were issues we had nothing to say or think about...if relationships are put in danger or at pinpoint to break up it triggers lots of negative thinking on both sides..silence is then the answer...because words are easily and often misunderstood..i got issues with OCD and i often react inapropriate or just be a silly billy really..my fault..it's very easy to say rely on positive self talk..sure..==positive self talk is in my eyes the opposite of negative self talk and it becomes like an inner voice which influences our reactions towards stress, anxiety, anger etc...
it definitely increases self esteem and learns us to see the good in ourself..good for battling stress and obtaining a better health,be it mental or bodily..i believe we cannot always be optimistic, life is an up/down going event, but in my opinion positive thinking is worthwhile considering and practising..i hope for all of you on this forum that 2019 looks better then before...that is if you considered previous year shit...we all are subject to stress situations in life==fact is=we must find ways to fight against it..not always easy...i will remain a loner and try to control mistakes and i hope I can lift myself up from a negative spiral into a better insight for my own good...and for others around me as well...
