Default Physical things to keep my mind of depression

Sorry if i posted this in wrong section cause i didnt know where to post this, anyway im tryin my best to keep my mind of depression & suicide & all this, so i want to know what can i do to keep my mind of it, some physical things like running & stuff ? thanks.

Art? u don't have be good to do art.keeps me going and stops me from thinking things I shouldn't.

Jogging/running is really good and healthy :) and sports.. just depends what you're into I suppose. Maybe swim!

Rockclimbing and mma works for me. Both are physical, painful and slightly terrifying.

Any physical activity is great to keep your mind off of everything, and actually helps you a lot outside of your mentality.

Try do anything really. Running, Jogging, Casual Walks, Lifting, Basketball, etc.
