my brother hit me in the head today and i have buises all over my legs and arms i dont care anymore im just going to keep my mouth shut..... i just hope he doesnt start raping me again when i move to my stepmoms tomorrow.... i left my doctor 3 msgs today im a nuisance

Go to the hospital and report this. You must do this. You must know you can't be beaten like this. Go to the hospital or call the police. Those are your choices, there are no other choices. No one here is going to sanction you willingly going into an abusive situation. There are also assault crisis lines at the top of this forum as a sticky. If you can't call the police or go the hospital you must call one of those hotlines. You cannot go back into an abusive situation with your brother. This is an emergency situation and you need to treat it as such: hospital, police or abuse hotline. There is no other choice. Do NOT move to your brothers or your stepmoms where he will beat you more and maybe kill you. I sincerely hope you have enough sense to follow this guidance. I know that if your doctor knew of your plans she would take firm action, so if you value your therapeutic relationship do what you know she would make happen in this situation.
