Book was better IMO though. Cos like if you hadnt read it, you wouldnt know some of the key moments, and it didnt really tell the story same way it was in the game, but amazingly close. But the game was awesome, once the bugs were patched.

The Humble Indie Bundle (pay what you want for five awesome indie games)
Great offer, get 5 good indie games for whatever price you want to pay. Money goes to charity or the developers or both, you can choose. Just listen to the mad f-f-f-fresh rap.
e. Do try to give more than couple cents though, it's good to support innovative new ideas from these developers instead of wasting 60 bucks on another generic shooter with pretty graphics.

The Halo: Reach Beta is surprisingly good.
Imo, they have kept the original and classic Halo gameplay off course, but they have made some changes and innovations which I personally think makes it worth playing.
I have a better feeling with the Halo: Reach Beta than i had with the Halo 3 Beta, and I am definitely getting Halo: Reach when it comes out :)

I just installed Morrowind last night, I didn't really play it too much when I bought it few years back. I quite liked Oblivion so gonna try it again. I'm a fucking tiger thief, doesn't get more awesome than that.

Wish the journal system was better. I actually have to remember stuff now. All I've done so far is killed everyone I can without getting caught and looting their houses.
e. And no insta travel system. Egh.

About hardcore: This is an optional mode. In hardcore mode:
* you must drink water to stay alive
* I'm not sure about food
* Ammo has weight
* Stimpacks and other healing heals over time, not instantly.
* You must visit a doctor to heal crippled limbs.
Another thing I'm excited about is the fact that they are putting a lot of effort into dialog to make it BETTER, skills will effect it more, and they are introducing a reputation system, which is separate from your karma system. You have different reputations in each location, and you can still have a good reputation despite a bad karma.

Thanks for the info, finally getting to dlc on this playthrough (didn't on last one). I can't believe how much content they put in, hopefully they keep that up with Vegas. Since it seems like they're putting more focus on dialog options and changing skills it seems like there might be less this time around. That's what happened when going from oblivion elder scrolls to fallout 3 at least.
