Hi Prof,

I use windows media player and just upgraded to player 11, cause the one I had wasn't showing videos. But it's still not showing videos. I can hear the video, but the screen is just swirls of color as if it were a song playing. Do you know how to fix this?

What is the file format of the videos that you are trying to play?

I recommend just using VLC media player instead of windows media player.

Try to see if this link helps:

http://forums.techguy.org/web-email/693 ... anner.html

What email client are you using? IE what do you use to check your email? A program like outlook, Thunderbird or just a browser like internet explorer or fire fox?

If you have a web based email like yahoo, hotmail or gmail you dont really need the email scanner, I do believe.
