Default Mental Health Apps

If you feel anxious or depress and need help coping, what do you do? Is there an app that you use that has relaxation techniques to help you break free from anxious thoughts and feelings? Are these apps approved by the Anxiety and Depression Society of America?

I've used meditation apps before and they've sometimes been useful, but I haven't really used any other apps specifically for reducing anxiety. Have you ever used any such apps yourself?
