Binge eating
 

I'll go most days eating healthy and excerising. But today I've just hit rock bottom. I've managed to fight it up to now, but I just feel like going to the cupboards and eating every bit of their innards.

I have a habit of eating ridiculously healthy for about 10 days, then just going absolutely crazy.

Well, think of it this way, if you are eating badly only one day out of ten, then you are not doing too badly at all by my reckoning!

I suppose, but I've had a bad day too. I'm terrified of getting fat.
