...I snapped at a freind...
 

Alright, so...this is my first post but... Earlier I snapped at a freind by being over protective of him. You see, he deals with alot of drama; acid reflux, a confused mother, a father who is in trouble with the cops, and he also suffers from depression. Earlier he had told me that his dad had snuck into their apartment, woke up his mom, and askind where he was(luckily he was at school.) All this happend because he refuses to wake up 2 minutes early to lock the door before heading to the buss... I had kinda yelled at him over a few texts to change his schedual so he could protect his mom(considering she has a restraining order against his dad) and he hasent texted me since... Him and I are close and were the only two out of our group of friends that text eachother nonstop. Were similar to brother and sister.... I just needed to vent since the two people I talk to are either him or a friend that dosent have his phone... I also want to know your guys opinion on how I could possibly control my over protectiveness. Please and thank you.

If you apologize, he ought to forgive you. He also probably knows that you worry about him. If the two of you are as close as you say, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, maybe it's something he needed to hear anyway.

If it was just you snapping at him that one time, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
