If Nikola Tesla Was Alive Today...

And in his prime, what do you think he could accomplish without scientific repression? The man was brilliant, I think we would be plugging our electronics into nature itself. There's much speculation, even for his age, that he was poisoned as an act of repression; if the electric company couldn't charge you for what power you're consuming, how would they be able to make their money? Regardless if Tesla died at the hands of time or poison, he was way ahead of his time. What do you think we could acheive with such a brilliant man, if he were alive in these times?

Well, I'd love it if he could build us a time machine..

But a large coil to control the weather, and turn the lightning from the sky into electrical power could be cool too..

Tesla would have come up with an energy efficient car. He might've even discovered a new method of propelling rockets.

Ion propulsion I think would be further along.

I don't know, but he was mad as a hatter, and for some reason that was OK back then, now they would just lock him up or not accept him at any university and they would say all his ideas were mad and give him shots of Haldol. That is what I think.

Honestly i think, that this man - Nikola Tesla is a brilliant scientist of all times. He gave us a better understanding on Alternate Current, he created a generators, solenoids.. i could keep going and going. What he could to this time..? God knows, what was in the head of that man, but for sure he would do something genius and most perfect and powerful for nowadays people. As i can remember he was the first man and scientist who could in laboratory conditions produce more than 1000000 volts, that's >= than lightening, so in the sense he was the first who created lightening as a human being..

You know when they say that something is wireless... well its not really is it? it still has to have a power cord.

I think he would have invented safe wireless power transfer.... think of the benefits it would bring :)

haha dude your signature is awesome. I think western society is matriarchal. How else can my gf and all my friends wives get away with being such fucking dickheads?

But yeah, as a layperson, you read Tesla's quotes, think which decade of which century he came up with that stuff and you think wow, he was so spot on and ahead of his time like noone else you can think of.
