my fingers are a mess i keep ripping the skin and it bleeds . keep trying to bite tip of my fingernails but theres nothing left

so i picked skin that was trying to heal had already picked the scab of earlier

skin i ripped off my finger was starting to heal them picked all the scabs off looks pretty bad . the right hand side is least bad though so a long as when im at charity shop tomorrow i only hand people stuff with right hand

keep picking the same scab over and over evenutally its going to scar but i dont CARE

bitten my nails down and now biting around fingernails really hurts but doesnt stop me

This is an actual disorder? I thought I just had a bad habit.. I pick & bite at the skin around my nails until I bleed & I don't stop there.

i have scabs wanna pick them

put plaster on my scabs but rip them off and still pick

i obsess over bumps on my face and i pick at them. so i get scabs on my face which doesn't help the complexion much.
