My skin condition and physical appearance
 

I have a skin diseases called hidradrenitus supprativa(pls look it up). It a progressive disease and it's extremely embarrassing. I can't imagine myself dating, I feel gross and like every girl will find me gross. Then I have loose abdominal skin because I lost 60lbs by starving myself. My male member is plain average and bigger is better. I hate everything about myself and I wish I could be different. These things constantly make me think of suicide.

I'm sorry you are going through this. I don't know what to say. I am very self conscious about scarring but that is all my fault, so it's completely different to what you're experiencing.

Are you seeing a dermatologist for this, and are there any treatment options for the condition?

Yes I have treatment for it. But it's a progressive disease. It scars basically everywhere it inflames. I also get them by my junk. It's really appalling to me, and I imagine to females as well. There is no cure sadly. So literally can't imagine myself dating, I feel gross.
