Cant deal with it
 

I self harmed last night. It looks awful and revolting. I am unable to walk because of the pain. It was pleasurable whilst doing it but now its painful. Cant stand sit or walk. Ive been struggling with self harm for a very long time. Someone noticed my cuts and wounds at work. I work with children but would never let any means of harm come in their way. I cut to express myself and because of my past. I want to stop but it has become a form of addiction. I am at a lost now

have you tried talking to a professional to see why you really do it, sometimes the reason we do it isn't why we think we do it, and why you can't stop, talking to my therapist really helped me a lot maybe it could benefit you also

Ive talked to a counsellor before. I self harm when I think about my past or anythinv that triggers it. Not just the past but the present can also trigger it off which has been the case.
