White lies
 

Can you always get away with it? How can you make up for long employment gaps? whats the best way to tell an employer youve been unemployed but your ready and meant for a job. is saying your going to work hard enough?

I don't have personal experience with this but a friend of mine had a very inconsistent job record due to issues with addiction and mental illness. If anyone asked,'he would say he took some time off to help out his family with a personal matter. It's not exactly a lie. idk if that would work?

i talked about it with my job coach she said dont stress the job history. she took my fathers idea into consideration that ive been working for his company. but for the most part she simplified it. im not comfortable with her idea nor was i comfortable with my fathers but after all..its just a simple interview for a simple job. if i fail it there will be other interviews.
