So what do I do?
I keep eating.
I don't have a kitchen to use, don't have the time to eat at home, and can't cook anyway so it's a moot point. I'm surrounded my junk food all day at work. The only thing here I ever really have a chance to eat is something with a lot of sugar.
After a 15 hour work day I just want something that resembles a meal so I'll usually get fast food. For a week or so I went to this 24-hour Subway but I've lost the patience for that.
When I do have the time I end up binge eating, which has long been a problem for me. My weight has gone back and forth for years. From 170 to 280. I don't know my weight now but it's up there. Maybe 250+. I've gained a lot of weight in the last few months.
I feel like I don't have the time or a tools to have a healthy diet and at the end of the day I don't care that much. I know it's unhealthy but I don't know how to stop this.
Yeah, Brandon. I'm doing the same thing as you!!!! Can you switch things up alittle and drink water instead of pop or juice??? Can you get some pre packed veggies from the deli or grocery store??? Maybe just try to change your eating habits somehow. IDK. Plus exercise when you can too. IDK, it's a worry of mine too.
