academic issues?
 

I go to a British curriculum school where my GCSE exams are about to take place next summer. I am very motivated for my GCSE exams next summer and i really want to pass the exams like no other student. In fact, I took the liberty this year to actually 'pay attention' in class, make sure i'm on top of everything and even put some time and effort into working on subjects at home. My current working grades are C and B. In tests and in class work/discussions, these are my grades. I know, my grades aren't that 'great' but these are actually my average grades as well, in fact the highest grade i got was an A in a chemistry and math test, nothing higher.
So whats wrong?
Recently i have received a letter from the school noting that they predict that i wouldn't be able to get the required grades to continue on next year in the 6th form (year 12 on wards).
This .... This completely demoralized me. Right now my thoughts are all scrambled. What is the point of me trying anymore when I now know that i will probably fail even if i do. Whats the point of me going to a different school because no matter what school i go to, how good the school is, and how much effort i put in ..... I won' get the grades.
I wanted to get this out of me because it is slowly killing me. I need motivation and i need it fast. Everywhere i look is just another dead end. If anyone is out there and is willing to help boost my confidence and motivation it will be much appreciated.

Dont let that demotivate you, make it a motivation for yourself. Prove them how wrong they are in doubting you!!!! As long as you give 100% of yourself, you will succeed, one way or another. Just keep trying, motivate yourself, you can do it!!!
