Default Trying to refill meds, becoming hopeless

I only have two days worth of Klonopin left as of this writing. I asked for my doctor's authorization yesterday, but she never got back to me. I then sent an email today, but a nurse informed me my doctor is off today, and will get back to me as soon as she can.

I do not have the patience for this. I need the Klonopin, like RIGHT NOW! No one is helping, and my pharmacy doesn't open for another hour. Even so, I doubt they will help me, because they do not have my doctor's authorization.

I am desperate and on the verge of tears, because no one is helping and if I run out, I'll be forced to face withdrawal symptoms for a while, and I don't want to. I need help so bad right now.

Sorry to double post, but I did get this resolved.

I called the pharmacist, and he was more than willing to call the doctor's office for approval, which he succeeded. An hour later, I was able to get my Klonopin without any problems.

I hate to bump this, but this is really important.

CVS fucked up my Anafranil order, and lowered my dose by half (I'm supposed to take 150mg instead of 75mg). Is there a way I can issue a complaint, because I don't see a "contact us" link anywhere on their website.
