Just a few mintues ago I suddenly started feeling a little light headed and was shaking. I felt like I needed to go get some food (had only had a couple sodas today :/ ). My diet has been god awful lately for a few reasons. I went and got a burger (was craving it for some reason) and some trail mix. A few minutes after eating I stopped shaking.
I still don't feel great (not shaky or light headed, might just be stressed because there's a bunch of people around me). I can't think of a time that's ever happened before.
I've rapidly gained weight in the last month or so. I'm probably 250+ right now. Not sure what that might've been.
