Since hives are often caused by anxiety: Herbs for anxiety attacks & panic

*Note* Valerian Root
is a recommended herb in that list. However, be careful with Valerian because prolonged use can cause depression.
As can prolonged use of St.Johns Wort**

A great rule of thumb for herb ingestion is to take the herb(s) for four days, and stop for three. This way the herbs are assimilated by the body as a supplement in the three days of rest, without new herbal medicine being ingested so as to overwork the depleted body system that particular herb(s) are suppose to address/heal/fortify.

Thanks so much for the links & advice! I'm gonna try a few things that were mentioned until I get to a dermatologist to find out more about my skin.

UPDATE: The Dermatology place ended up taking me in early when they heard bout how bad I was. Even the Dermatologist said he had never seen anything like what I have which kinda scared me. He thought I had been in Poison Ivy, Oak or something but I barely go outside so I haven't. Still a Mystery on whats breaking me out though but it wasn't the chicken cause they said they don't cook it with shellfish stuff so I was relieved. But yeah.. They did some blood work on me and I'm on 3 kinds of meds at the moment that temporarily help my skin until they find out whats causing my breakouts.

Wish me luck in hope of discovering whats eating my skin & that I can find a permanent cure.
