I haven't been to the doctor but both my biofeedback lady and my reflexologist are telling me my liver is having problems again.
This week I changed my diet to help fight this fatty liver. I've included supplements, milk thistle, vitamin e and c. Also vitamin B12. I'm trying to eat non-fattening foods also. Broccoli,cauliflower,avocado, lemon juice and kale are suppose to be good for the liver. Bought all of that for now. Trying to cut out all pre-packaged foods.
I'm starting to get Hives and skin rashes again. This is a sign. Also, in Chinese Medicine, I always wake up at 3:30 am like I did today and that means problems with the liver in Chinese Medicine.
I want to get Southern Gingseng also. I heard creatine might be helpful also and I have some of that.
I just read some more stuff on the internet and there seems to be some association between that and Polycystic Ovaries. That was news to me.
I was going through check-out at the grocery store today and the check out lady told me that aunt died of NAFLD, last year.
So, I'm going to fight it again. It' s not that bad this time around. My reflexologist and biofeedback are helping me out lots. I noticed problems about a year ago and went for an extra treatment on the liver then. Should go for another extra treatment. IDK. Expensive though. wait and see.
Last time I got fat because the liver couldn't process the fat and I got upto 200 pounds. I don't want that to happen to me again.
So working on it. Losing weight and exercising is suppose to help also.
