I talked to my dad tonight... he finally got me an appointment to get my teeth worked on...

I also need to work out... Tohru told me that today... and she is right.. I am getting.. well she said I wasnt fat so I shall say overweight... Any suggested work outs? I am going on a diet.. I am so dead btw.. Kung fu will kick me into shape... lol...

arh about time you got your teeth done.

as for a good workout, it could b anything you enjoy.. martial arts, joining a gym, or even something liike football etc.. do what you enjoy then you are more likely to stick with it

I don't do them as much as I'd like to but my personal favorit work out is sit ups because their so easy :lol: Thats great about you're teeth by the way

ok... I was wrong just all the work on PART of my mouth... I forsee 5 more visits probably... -_- other than that it went well.. it was hell.. had em in there for 2 freakin hours....
