I'm also sorry to hear this. I suffer with a more sever case of Fibromyalgia. A few thing, besides what others have suggested, that may help you. Make sure you get plenty of sleep-like 8 hours at least. Eat heathier foods and stay away from things high in sodium, salt, or sugar. In my case, at least, it's makes everything feel worse and harder for me to move around. Humidity and dampness also effect me; personally. My understanding, it affects alot of people striken with this as well. The Mayo Clinic, can find there website, also has a ton of information on this as well.
