Default Feel like my body is falling apart.

I used to be bulimic so my immune/digestive systems are shot to hell anyway but I feel like I'm getting worse and worse. I'm only 23 but my body feels worn out. I've tried to 'get fit' but when I do cardio, I just get chest pains almost immediately and have to stop. My joints are always sore and I'm always full of cold/flu and always have headaches.

I feel like I have the body of a 90 year old I don't know what to do.

Hello,

I understand how you feel. Im 23 too and feel a lot older. From my experience, I think yoga would be a better exercise than cardio, I know that if you wanna get fit its not the same, but its really benefitial and its a way to start, and maybe someday you're gonna be able to try something harder like cardio.
Dont get discouraged, give yourself time.

Hey babe - sorry for delayed response, been busy with my shit job ha - doctor said it's a hiatus hernia. On meds and got a list of food/drink as long as my arm that I'm not allowed.

Bread, anything fried, anything with a high fat content, spicy foods, hot drinks, fizzy drinks, alcohol, citrus fruits/fruit juice, onions or chocolate... I don't actually know what I'm going to eat!? Haha

Im so sorry to read that, Mustang.

I`m glad you visited the doctor to have it checked it out.

As far as your dietary needs, you might benefit from gluten free, or alkaline recipes maybe?. Gluten and acidic foods tend do exacerbate inflammation in your body- you need to counteract all the trauma and changes your body has been through.

Hoping for a speedy recovery,

SB.
