Default deafblindness panic attacks

i keep having panic attacks that i am totally deafblind and stuck in my internal world of flashbacks and anxiety and chronic pain.....

i really just hope i don't lose the rest of my hearing cause i just don't think i could handle total deafblindness... i'd rather kill myself.

the only thing i can do to feel better is to be touching albino rat and knowing i'm with her and that's my only way of grounding myself to the world...

gah. i wish someone could make it go away. now.

i already go to two therapists. one mainly for sexual abuse/ptsd issues and the other mainly for family/relationship issues. they are somewhat helpful but sometimes i just don't have the positivity i need.

i take medication for my ptsd and depression which helps tremendously.

i take it those are anti-anxiety meds. my body is really sensitive to meds (i am on 25 mg of zoloft for example for pretty severe ptsd/depression) but i will ask my psychiatrist about them anyway. thanks strawberry
