It;s been there for days, it's bright red. Embarrassing to leave the house. Hurts to touch. Anyone know what it is and how to fix this? It's real bad. I shower and wash my face everyday so I don't know why. I sometimes drink juice. I don't drink soda but a lot of times I drink water. I been eating a lot of fruits + berries, healthy stuff. I don't know what it is.

its probably a spot. They can get quite big sometimes.
