Default anyone with borderline personality disorder?

desperately need someone with bpd to talk to. i'm not officially diagnosed because i always drop out of therapy before they can get into my head, but i know im suffering from this and i need someone who understands this and maybe even knows how to get a hold on it. im spiraling out of control and i don't know how to help myself cope with this anymore. if anyone can help or given suggestions please post or message me.

I'm sorry, I wish I could help you SB. :(

I wanted to comment, though, on your signature. I really like that movie.

My lover (well, we short of have an open relationship) probably has bpd. It's not sure yes, they're doing the "investigation" right now, but she is probably bipolar and has bpd. Dunno of it's much help, but I wouldn't mind having some contact with you, might make it easier for me to understand her aswell.

thanks for commenting oneofthose it feels good just to know people want to help and to be acknowledged about this! and yes that movie is one of my favorites :)

i'v pm-ed you back love4pancho i'm so grateful for the help! hope i can get some insight on how to deal with this better

i'll help you anyway i can to understand it kratta, my relationship with my ex was ruined (on both a romantic and friendship level) because i never got help with this sooner. it would be helpful for me to learn how she's going about getting help for bpd too. hopefully we can both give each other perspective on being on the other side of this. please feel free to pm me anytime

I get where you are coming from. Im not diagnosed yet either cause life is getting in the way of even going to therapy. Try and stick it out longer next time. They'll have more insight on how to cope with this disorder far better then any of us. My opinion on therapy is a little biased though, I dont agree with taking meds to solve things. maybe some cognitive or dialectical behavior therapy would be more useful.

SB23, why did you drop out of therapy? What do you mean by "before they oculd get into my head"?

I also had a ruined relationship because I never got help sooner, but he also didn't know he needed help so didn't get help, so I think it was more him. You sure your ex doesn't/didn't also need help?
