The Power of Now? That sounds familliar to me, what is that?

I agree with him, but i wouldnt day that you cant fight the mind, but i agree in term that allowing the thoughts to be there and realizing that no thoughts are permanent can help.

Why wouldn't you say you can't find the mind?

Because i believe that you can fight the mind, i dont have any arguments to back it up, its simply something i believe. Yeah i think i read that book.

Well since you say I can fight the mind, maybe I should in fact practice self-talk? I didn't mean arguing with the voices. I meant talking to myself to drive them out of my mind.

I think that only right solution is the one you find most suitable,, what your heart tells you that is the best, do that. (:
