Yeah I get what you mean, I always kinda get nervous when the pyramid guy come lol in 3 I think it was when you get stuck in that small room with nowhere to go and he's in there with you, hell did I try running lol The health bar kind puts me of playing too cause your always got your eye loking just in case, also the dodge thing well it doesn't work for me lol.The nurses are still good though.

ooooo don't you get me started on Resident evil 5........ lol

Exactly why I hated it! Dodging never worked :( I preferred having to go into inventory screen and look at the color of your status for health!

Each to their own !
Totally agree. I was very disappointed with Homecoming. It was a new developer who did it, and they dropped the ball. 2 is still my favourite out of them all, though. Veeeeery atmospheric.

Other than that, when I'm really down or just frustrated, I love the mindless killing route. Killzone, Dead Rising, No More Heroes, games that just let you plow through enemies and show 'em exactly who's boss.

The Overlord games are pretty great, too. You basically play a Sauron-type figure in a fantasy world. Your goal is to take over the land and rule it with an iron fist. You also have countless gremlin-like minions at your disposal to do your bidding, or you can just take out a big battle axe and take care of business yourself. It was made to be humourus, and it is, and really fun to play, too.

Any other World of Warcraft players? I'm too tired to read through each page of this thread, but if you are there, it's awesome, right?

I get lost in FIFA 11 these days. It does help keep my mind off BS.

Yeah, there is something about video games that does seem to take the edge off of depression. I guess it's the idea that one can sort of get lost in another world, and you are your own character.

My favorite video game by far is OBLIVION (as some of you already mentioned). Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Dragon Age: Origins are all great too.

I can't wait until Skyrim comes out this Fall!!
