So overwhelmed and not sure how much more I can take! I recently started a new job a month ago and the training was very face paced. I am an underwriter and have been for 8 years so I know how to do that but my new company's system and guidelines ar a little difficult and different from what I'm used to! I wish I was back at my old job but I cannt go back as I was terminated. At my new job i was trained by the desiganted trainer who did a great job training me but I was critiqued today by my supervisor who in a nut shell told me everything the trainor taught me was not right and she wants it done another way (pretty much saying she wants it done her way). She critiqued my work fine tooth combed it and knit picked it to death and i did it the way i was trained. she is a very blunt person and for me to be fairly new i got upset ( not in front of her) but when I returned to my desk I was very upset. I asked her a question yesrerday and she had an attitude with me. Its as if she expects my work after a month or really 3 weeks to be that of a 10 year employee. My trainer then gave me a motivational speech and told me my supervisor is the worse one out of the 3 and that she likes things her way or no way and she's not a good person to go to and ask questions and that I'd be better off to ask my co-workers! SO I think to myself why did i have to get her??? I've been through hell it seems the past year. I got terminated from my old job due to my ex and his now fiance filing a false incident report on me and taking it to my job. I was never found guilty of anything but I cannot get my old job back because of this. I often think I wouldnt have this new crappy superrvisor if I wasnt terminated and i badly wish i had my old job. Strating my new job with the *****y supervisor, being fire and how I was fired, dealing with a cheating ex who left me for the person he cheated with, really has me in afunk right now. Everyone says it will get better but I feel like GOd is punishing me and for what I don't know, but I dont know how much more I can tolerate!!! Seems like the evil prosper and are blessed richly and those of us who try to do the right thing get left behind and forgotten about and are left to suffer. This is how I feel

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. Life can be so overwhelming at times. You need to take care of yourself, and not be so hard on you. Feel better soon.
