i had to retell a story to my girlfriend, with thoughts of her not liking me, and me not being able to speak normally to her if i didn't.
So i gave in, and told her i was feeling obsessive thoughts(i know they're irrational). She was very supportive and we tried to weed out the thought by talking it out. We did that & i still feel a tad anxious when talking to her?
tips? advice? i do have some social anxiety problems but i'm working past them in my cbt therapy.
