I have OCD over numbers and certain times. I sat down to check the time on my phone. It was 11:23 am. For some reason, I associate certain numbers or times with bad luck or bad things happening. If I constantly see the same time every time I do something, does that mean something? Is it just a coincidence? Am I just overthinking this?
