well i would work on controlling it when masterbating, that is how i learned to control it and my meds help, in fact a little to much because there for a few month i could not cum, that sucked nothing like being on the verge of cumming and not being able to to drive you completely nuts, i guess the first half hour was fun, but then it sucked, another thing you can do is masturbate early during the day then at night you should last longer, and work on bringing her around to other stuff and i would encourage her to masturbate, because she will cum faster.

Yeah, I've never quite understood why there's a social 'stigma' about endurance. Look at sex for it's biological function. It's to get sperm to the egg, so why take a long time doing it? It's kind of natural not to last ages and ages. Having said that, I'm not circumsised so naturally more 'sensitive', and I don't know how American culture percieves endurance in bed, since it's common for men to be circumsised, and I guess in turn that means a more densensitised penis resulting in lasting longer, and that this is then considered the norm hence the angst about it?

Try not to stress over it, that will only make it worse! Maybe you need to find out what really turns her on and do a build up to it - extra extra foreplay! But the thing that my partner told me helped him the most was having a gf who really cared & was patient with him. Over time he has been much better without meds but this is also something you might like to try but it's not the end of the world. If you have someone who loves you, you are lucky!

If you take a Viagra, or generic, it wont stop the ejaculation, but youll still be hard afterwards and be able to continue sex without a hiccup.

I don't see a problem with premature ejaculation. If you come.. Well.. Wait a few minutes, and then get back to it.
Or you can jack off a little bit before you have sex, that way you might last longer as well.
It's not the end of the world if you come "too soon". :3
