www.ayurvediccure.com/over_masturbation.htm

I know this is a herbal website but it does mention side effects of over-masturbating. Just type in 'problems ejaculating from too much masturbating'

Google is a great tool!

nah bro it doesn't, some time it's not as tight but the woman can tighten her muscles down there and make it as tight as she wants she just has to do kegel exercises, but the meds will make it very diffcult to ejaculate, or reach ogaism, hope this helps

I always wondered that too. Do you think it's easier to ejaculate while watching porn because you have more freedom to use your imagination? And doing the actual deed, well, now there are 2 people you have to make feel good, is that a lot of pressure?

I think that masturbation and porn are both misleading in this question. Everyone's different, but generally it's more the time between orgasms (doesn't matter how you had one; could be masturbating, intercourse, oral, w/e) that affects stamina; the longer you go without having one, the faster/easier it is to have one. However, it is true that for many people, sexual difficulties are much more common when you're with your partner than by yourself. Since you say you have no problem bringing yourself to orgasm, I'd guess that the problems you're having are due to what you're thinking about when you're with your partner. If you're thinking about things like "why is it taking so long?" "does she think this is taking too long?" instead of enjoying the moment, it can definitely make it more difficult to have an orgasm or even maintain an erection. It's best to enjoy the journey rather than the destination (forget who said that, but it's a good quote!), so try not to focus so much on the orgasm, relax, and enjoy yourself!

Also, if the problem is due to loss of erection, I would suggest that you get more cardio exercise. After a couple weeks of something like jogging 30 mins 3 times a week, there should be a very noticeable improvement.

I agree. Good quote to use in life too. Can I add to the discussion by asking if meds have an impact on sexual performance? I know it can affect libido. The reason why I ask is because if venom is on meds would that be relevant and not just the M factor?

Good point, yes, meds could be playing a role too. You should have a printout with your prescription (if you don't, the pharmacy should be able to provide you with one) that says whether or not sexual side effects are common. I doubt that meds are the main cause though, because it's one of those problems that happens in certain situations and not in others, but I'm not a doctor or a pharmacist so I could be wrong in assuming that.

yea i take meds but dunno if that's the problem since i have no problem bringing myself to ejaculation while masturbating, thanks guys, great quote numb. Maybe watching porn while having sex would help. I just don't know I've had this problem my whole sex life, sometimes it feels like it's comming and then I lose it, and sometimes I never even get there.

Have you tried not watching porn for a while. I remeber reading an article a while back about how porn can desensitise males and lead to difficulty when with a partner (should would be handy to have that link).
So the question is... do you think you could stop watching porn for a while?
