Default Conundrums and overthinking galor

To start off with I have a group of about 5 to 10 people at work who I consider close friends and then the group has another 10 to 15 people who are good friends of the close friends my problem is that since a good looking female started working there September and posting in march she has a lot of guys that want her and i feel like she and i were almost practically made for each other but another guy in the group who has almost the same background i do "when it comes to depression and such" likes her as well and i'm trying to figure out if i should do what i always have and "stand back and not say anything to the girl" and let her as my mind wonders possibly not only getting with the guy but possibly marrying him years down the road or do i finally go for it and try for my own happiness at the cost of the group. A big part of it is i know she is awesome with kids and when my son sees her he's full of affection as well "i post pictures of him in the close friends group chat we have and within 10 min she's already replying with awe's and heart eyes and my son when i show him reaches for the phone" and the other problem is that the other guys friends i believe are trying to set them up and they work in the same department as her

The oversimplified answer? From what I just read she's "fair game" for want of a better phrase. You like her she seems to like you. Shoot your best shot.
