Unhappy Breakup = Breakdown.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years and have been living together for 2 years.

I'm 27 and he is 26, last weekend we had a drunken argument and he left, told me it's over and he wants to give up the house. He often says we are over when we have had an argument but I'm scared its for real this time, he avoids me won't look at me when he's here and only comes home when he knows I'm out, he has told me he loves me but it's hard to believe that is true when he is going out of his way to avoid me.

This has put me in a real low place with my depression, I don't want to get up I don't have many friends anyway and I go to work come home and spend my life in bed crying. I don't know what to do! For the first time in my life I feel like it's not worth being alive anymore he is my world and up until a week ago I truly believed I was his, it hurts how he can go so cold almost instantly. Does he miss me? Does he want to text me as much as I want to text him?

He is coming round tonight and has told me to "write a list of everything I want to talk about" and now I don't know what to say to him... Please help!! :(

I think its really important for couples to talk about their problems and every possible thing that bothers them, rationally. If both sides are willing to try, relationship can be repaired. Just try to be calm and not too cling and talk with him. I hope you guys will clear the obstacle that popped up in your relationship, but remember, even if it doesnt work out, it will work out with someone else, maybe even better match for you.

Stay safe
