I knew a person called babz. I say knew, she lived the other side of the world to me, but I had been using the same forum as her since the start of 2007. She had a really hard time. Struggled a hell of a lot. She had multiple suicide attempts, was in hospital a lot of the time. No matter what was going on for her though she always had a kind supportive word for everyone else. A year ago today, she was found dead, suicide. Her years of torment were over, she was finally at peace. And its sad, but at the same time, I know how much she struggled, how hard she tried, I am glad she is no longer in pain. I find myself thinking of her a lot. Despite never meeting her. Its amazing what an impact someone can have on your life when you don't even physically know them.

It is amazing how compassionately we can care for people we have never met. Guess it is just part of being human
