Hello Somebody,
I've been getting more and more frustrated with most of the world not understanding me, not truly, as you can't really understand depression unless you've had it, (and, if you're reading this as you can probably attest, if you've ever had it, you know it was depression). It is a disease in the truest sense of the world.
I recently started reading others' words describing their own experiences and finding others who have described things that I have been quite alone in inside myself throughout my entire life. People are good, human beings are good for one another, we are social animals and it's sometimes easy for me to forget that. I have to get out of my own head, and I am thankful for the internet.
