If you don't have time to watch/listen to all of this, the main takeaway (for me anyway) was:
Motivation comes and goes in waves. When you feel motivated, you should do things that will make it easier to get things done when you are not
motivated. For example, I often don't eat enough vegetables, so when I am motivated, I should chop up vegetables for tomorrow
, when I might not be so motivated. That way, it will be easier for me to eat right, even when I don't feel like it.
