Looking through my window at the snow and having endure bitterly cold weather here in N. Ireland for over a month now, I cannot but wish I was able to see in person the warm, peaceful looking snap of the Botswana sunset.

That's the thing about depression: A human being can survive almost anything, as long as she/he sees the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it's impossible to ever see the end.
The most important things to do in the world are to get something to eat, something to drink and somebody to love you.
