Hell yeah metal brother! You into Behemoth?
I'm into all sorts though. Really aggressive electronic music (gabba techno, breakcore, dnb) gets me going too. Listening to Enduser at the moment.

I love all sorts of music, but for some reason metal seems to speak to me more than any other genre. Not to mention going to metal shows gives you the best feeling during and after the show. I'll listen to metal of alomst any genre. Death metal, thrash, industrial, power metal, prog, whatever. Nevermore, Dream Theater, Cannibal Corpse, Hatebreed, Blind Guardian, and Chimaira are just a few of my faves.

I'm sorry to disagree. But false kindness can really be nice sometimes. Also there is no real false kindness. Making an effort to be kind to people already shows you care. Except if it's your boss.

I'm a metalhead (although I'm sometimes ashamed to call myself one because of the petty, stupid, arbitrary shit that goes on in the subculture - same as with my other favorite music styles, goth and industrial)
I'll listen to all kinds of metal, but my favorite kind is industrial metal, and I've also recently started getting into sludge metal. I love metal (and music in general) that exudes some kind of emotion with its lyrics as well as its sound - be it sadness, anger, or anything else.
My current favorite metal-related bands, alphabetically:
Acid Bath
Black Sabbath
Burzum
Carcass
Danzig
Down
Godflesh
Isis
Judas Priest
The Melvins
Ministry
Ozzy Osbourne
Pantera
Sunn O)))
Tool
Type O Negative
White Zombie

I've been meaning to at least pick up the EP they did with Mike Patton, because I'm a massive Patton fan, and if I like that, then getting the rest of their stuff too.

I'm not a huge death/black metal fan but do like my Techno, Industrial, Digital hardcore etc. Sometimes its about the chaos outside matching the inside, and just being able to release it in the music.
I'll post some examples for you metal heads out there ;) you never know you just might like it.
YouTube - Atari Teenage Riot - Rage
YouTube - Unter Null - Zombieboy
YouTube - Noisuf-X - Jezebel
