Ok, i saw this film trailer advertised ages ago called 'It's kind of a funny thing' i finally got round to buying it this afternoon and have just watched it.
It is such a brilliant film, i laughed, i cried and just basically made me take a long hard look at myself and the things that are going on in my life. As bad as things seem to be going... there is someone else worse of than me. It feels like i am selfish for having these thoughts and feelings when in fact i am a very lucky person... with a loving family, friends etc. Everything else is trivial really.
I am only writing this now because i am a bit tipsy and no doubt when i re read this tomorrow or whenever i will think WTF!!!
Well the film itself is about a teenage boy who wants to commit suicide and decides to check into a psychiatric hospital for help. He meets different sorts of people and well, i don't want to spoil it for you guys if you decide to watch it, but seriously it is such a good film.
Live for today and wait for tomorrow
